Our Systematic Process

  1. Direct Origin Sourcing

    Raw nuts are procured directly from trusted African growing origins, selected on kernel outturn and moisture rather than on price alone.

  2. Steam Conditioning

    Raw nuts are steam-conditioned to loosen the shell, a method that avoids the harsh chemical treatments used in cheaper processing routes.

  3. Shelling & Drying

    Kernels are separated from the shell and dried to the correct moisture level for stable shelf life.

  4. Peeling

    The testa is removed with care to keep breakage low and whole-kernel yield high.

  5. Precision Grading

    Kernels are graded by size, colour and wholeness. This is the stage that determines whether a repeat order matches the last one, and it is where our two decades of experience show.

  6. Vacuum Packing & Dispatch

    Graded kernels are vacuum-packed and nitrogen-flushed to protect freshness in transit and storage, then dispatched pan-India.
