Direct Origin Sourcing

Steam Conditioning

Shelling & Drying

The number is the kernel count per pound. W240 has about 240 kernels per pound, so the kernels are larger and suit premium gifting and snacking. W320 has about 320 kernels per pound, is slightly smaller, and is the most widely traded grade for retail packs, namkeen and food service. Both are whole white kernels.

No. Scorched refers only to cosmetic discolouration caused by heat during processing, with no difference in taste, nutrition, or texture. SW grades give the same eating quality at a more competitive price.
